Ingredients
1 vanilla stick
1 bottle red wine
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bottle water
12 whole black pepper
10 tbsp sugar
1 cup 192 proof alcohol
Method of Preparation
Let sugar, water and spices simmer for two hours. Strain. Add wine and alcohol. Serve.
