A delicious recipe for Absinthe Flip, with Deva absinthe, Cointreau orange liqueur, lemon juice, egg, sugar and nutmeg. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
1/2 oz Deva absinthe
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
nutmeg
Method of Preparation
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
